Hi! I’m Brittany and I’m the owner of Karmic Ice Cream in Los Angeles. Karmic Ice Cream LA was born during a turning point—a moment of change that called for trust, initiative, and starting fresh. I was given an unexpected opportunity by my partner’s parents, Debbie & Steve, who started Karmic Ice Cream in South Florida. They offered me an ice cream cart and a simple challenge: bring it to Los Angeles and see what I could create from it.

With no roadmap but an amazing team behind me, I figured out transport and brought the cart across the country. That process became my first real test in initiative, independence, and figuring things out as I go. It also became the start of something much bigger than I expected.

Today, I show up at events with one goal: to create moments that feel light, joyful, and stress-free. I want people to feel the same kind of happiness you remember from being a kid and hearing the ice cream truck—except now, that moment shows up directly at your event.

My style is adaptable by nature. Years in the service industry taught me how to read a room, connect with different kinds of people, and fit seamlessly into any environment. Whether it’s a school event, a corporate gathering, or a family celebration, I bring a calm, friendly presence and an experience that feels intentional—not like a vendor on the sidelines, but part of the moment itself.

What I care about most is making life easier for the people hosting events—especially the overwhelmed moms, PTA organizers, HR teams, and planners trying to make everything run smoothly. I want booking to feel simple, clear, and like one less thing to worry about.

I’m the only one running it day-to-day, which means every detail matters to me personally—from custom menus to how I interact with your guests. It’s not just ice cream. It’s an experience built around care, ease, and a little bit of joy dropped right into your day.
